Vacation Package FAQ's   

  1. Are these quality vacations?
                Absolutely! The Hotels we offer are nearly all 3-4 stars! Reviews and photos are 100% authentic.
  2. Is Airfare Included?
                No. Companion Airfare passes are available for sale on our website if you require airfare. In a group situation we must have at least 10 members in your party.
  3. Can I bring additional guests?
                Yes! You can add adults (to most of our specialized packages are for adults) to your guest list, or add an additional room for published rate, depending on availability.
  4. Can I extend my stay?
                Rates for extended stay are determined by vendors or properties      ($99 -299 on avg). Rates may be offered at a discount at the vendor or property discretion, depending on availability.
  5. Any hidden fees?
                There are no hidden fees. Most room deposits are nonrefundable & therefore not considered "extra fees". There may be surcharges for peak seasons, additional  guests, etc - depending on your package, dates of travel & options. Surcharges vary in amount depending on these factors & should be taken into consideration.
  6. How long is this valid?
                Each package is valid for approximately 12-18 months (unless specialized i.e Essence Music Fest, JazzFest) after you register the package online. (Not necessarily the purchase date.) Some packages may vary slightly.
  7. Is there a Timeshare or sales pitch involved?
                Timeshare or sales pitches are not required. However, if hotels within our regular networks are not available for your preferred dates, you may be offered an alternate property that may offer or require a timeshare presentation. This is rare.
  8. How soon can I book?
                Right away to perserve your selection place a deposit.Most packages require at least 30 days in advance, some require up to 60. Some packages can be booked sooner. Because some packages involve USPS mail, please take this factor into consideration when planning travel dates. Booking as far in advance is best when possible.
  9. How can Hotels offer these deals?
                Hotels & Resorts rarely experience full occupancy.  But during highly attended events they will be close to full capacity and the rates may be several times the published rate.
  10. What does "All Inclusive" really mean?
                All Inclusive Resorts mean once you step foot onto the resort, you never need to reach for your wallet for the rest of your vacation. All your food, drinks, entertainment, water sports, as well as your accommodations are INCLUDED for both adults!
